Chapter 3
"Embree! Your mum and I need to talk to you!"
"Coming!"
Embree jogged into the kitchen were she met her parents sitting in chairs waiting for her to do the same.
"Please, sit down darling." Mrs. Gryffindor said.
Embree slowly pulled up a chair and sat down.
"What's going on?"
"I have met up with Mrs. Hufflepuff, Mrs. Ravenclaw, and Mr. Slytherin last night, and... do you remember that test we did on Justin, Kyle, Gail, and you last month?"
"Yes"
"Well, we got the test results back, and you and your friends got special powers in you, which we are now referring to it as 'magic'."
"So.... I don't get it? What does that mean?"
"If I may?" Mrs. Gryffindor asked. "Your father plans to build a school for people like you and your lot."
"When do I leave?"
"Probably September 1st." Mr. Gryffindor said.
