They met outside on Sunday afternoon on the grain field.

"Ready to duel, whimp?'' 

"Bring it on"

They pulled out their wands. They stood fifteen feet apart from each other. 

"Aguamenti." Embree muttered

"Is that the best you can do? Oh, no. I am all wet. EXPULSO!"

Walshi attempted to blow her up. But she dropped to the ground as fast as she could and dodge it.

"LEVICORPUS!" Embree shouted

Tom hung upside down by his feet. 

"OBSCURO!" Tom screamed furiously

The spell blindfolded Embree so she could not see.

"Liberacorpus." Murmured Tom."Incarcerous. INCENDIO!"

The spells he casted put him back on the ground, tied Embree up, and then started a fire.

"AGUAMENTI!" Embree shrieked. "RELASHIO!"

She was released from being tied up.

"Rictusempra"

"Wingardium Leviosa" Giggled Embree

"Wow, Gryffindor! That is absolutely pathetic! Try this! TARANTALLEGRA!

"AVIS!"

"AVADA KEDAVRA!"

Embree stood there in shock when all of a sudden Kyle jumps out in front of her and pushes her down. He tried to get out of the way, but was not fast enough so he was thrown down to the ground.

"CRUCIO!" Tom yelled. The spell hit Embree this time and threw her next to Kyle. She was bleeding all over including on Kyle.

"Stupefy" Tom casted this spell at Gail and Justin this time.

Embree woke up thirteen hours later in the hospital wing surronded by the head of houses including the other teachers. She also saw her fellow Gryffindors, as well as Gail and Justin.

"Where is Kyle?" Embree asked 

No one anwsered her. But she already knew that he was dead.

"Where is Tom Walshi then?" 

This time Elizabeth Ravenclaw answered her.

"He has been expelled for murdering Kyle." She said through her tears trying to sound calm. 

Kevin, Elizabeth, Joseph, Oliver, and Martha were his siblings. They were all in a bunched up group crying at the side of her bed.

"We will be sending him off with a funeral Tuesday evening."
