Lily Rah is as usual as any person. Except for the flashbacks. When she feels a strong emotion, she flies back into the past to past memories. Until now. Now she flies into the future. Suddenly, something, a monster, disrupts the city. Will Lily be able to save her family and others with her powers?

Chapter 1
We were on top of the clouds. Then, suddenly, the sun disappeared and we descended into whiteness of the clouds. You could see the ground now. It had just snowed in the city of Chicago, the long buildings covered in a blanket of snow. A truly beautiful sight.
As the lift rose up into the air, the tiny, glittering snowflakes that had been disturbed by the sweeping wind blew along side us, swirling in the open.
The cold pressed against me making me shiver. My leg throbbed as we descended down the mountain. I could feel the ground below me move when we went over bumps and creases in the snow. All one could see was the empty sky and lift chairs in the freezing sled.
I snap the book shut. Finished. I stare at the cover. Intriguing. It was ruff and worn on the edges. Finally, in gold and blue letters, inscribed in bold, popping writing it said "Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix" --
"Lily!" Someone was whacking my face. My eyes snapped open only to get hit by the moving robot on a loop: my mother, a whacking pro.
"Sorry Mama, just floated for a second."
"Floated" was the word we all used for my dreams. Nobody called them flashbacks. Floating.
Mama sighed. "Lily Rah, you are going to have to stop those dreams this instant."
"I'm sorry Mama."
That was all I could say without her yelling at me. Not since a month ago when I was taken to the doctor after my first round of floating. Mama would do anything to live a normal life and to not attract all of the neighbors, but since I was diagnosed with my unknown "problem", there's a permanent scowl on her face.Let e just say it's not very pleasant.
