Salazar Slytherin is the most evil dark wizard of all time ( Although Voldemort might outshine him soon). He is horrible and cunning and one of the only wizards with the power to speak Parseltongue! Harry Potter also has this gift which is why some people think that Harry is Salazar's heir!
