With changing the things I mean you've acted bad but you need to change and start the things the good way.
1. Smile. Study. Be silent.
2. Make her/him little(or big) presents.
3. Stay after the classes for school talks or go talking after a long day. You can make her tea or coffee and bring her cookies and other sweets.
