I see your back, wanted to learn more about your fellow students did you? My guesses is that your either a Slytherin wanting blackmail or a Ravenclaw for knowledge.
What I'm about to tell you was owled to me last night, however this person wanted to remain anonymous as they were Hufflepuff and well you should be able to guess the rest.
'The ministry is almost falling apart because of some new employees, they were trying to pass out death threats, making immature jokes, etc. Thankfully things are starting to get under control'
So as it seems we're not as safe as were think we are in terms of protection from the M.O.M
As a matter of fact the M.O.M has been relying and waiting to see what other famous witches and wizards will do and copying them.
The M.O.M has also been found to being easily blackmailed and breaking laws themselves.
