"That wasn't as bad as you thought it would be, was it?"
"You're right." He said gravely.
"Excellent!" I said, just to be cut off by him.
"It was twice as bad as I ever imagined."
I slapped him across the face. "Another comment like that, and you'll never even hear the word 'Hogwarts' ever again!"
He looked down at his feet "Yes, mother."
He was quiet all the way home. As we stepped into the house I said, "Now up to your room, hurry up now."
"Yes, mother." He ran up the stairs to his room.
"I don't want to hear a word out of you for the rest of the night!" I yelled up the stairs, "You'll get your food at exactly seven thirty!" I added as an afterthought.
I walked to the kitchen, to prepare dinner.
