The Right Charm
Chapter 2
For some it may be the case that they cannot find the correct charm to use on their foods or to help the food enhanse. The three types of charms in cooking are taste, appearance, and apparition. The first we'll be looking out is taste. The taste charms are usually used to give saltiness, sweetness, sourness, bitterness, or even mildness to a food. Of course, I myself have made these charms, so please take practice before serving. The incantation is gustus (GE-yew-stas) Mutat (me-You-taht). You have to wave your wand in a circle hovering over the meal and the longer you hover over it the better the affect. After hovering over if you point your wand down in the middle of the circle. To show if it worked the tip must glow green for at least 3 seconds. And that's only to change flavor. After that you have to choose over Acerbissimum (bitter), Mitis (mild), Dulcis (sweet), or Uvam (sour). That is how you do the taste charm. The other two charms will be in the upcoming chapters.
