Ok. So that test is still stuck your head. This strategy is probably going to work for you but you have to remember to do this before class. It is just like the last strategy I taught you but a little different. Close your eyes and think of nothing and clear your mind. Some people have trouble clearing their minds so you can focus on just one thing that keeps you relaxed ( definitely not the test or whatever is bothering you). You should feel better after doing this but try not to think about the test right after doing that. You can also do something that you love to do for a little bit but try not to be worried about the test. Sometimes it also helps to look on the bright side of things.
