Okay. So maybe you are nervous because of a test. Here is something you can do: Take a deep breathe. Hold it for 3-5 seconds and then let it out. If you don't feel better try to do it again a few more times and/or try another type. Also you should calm yourself down before a test because if you don't sometimes you forget some things on the test that are very simple now. You should also try not to be too hard on yourself.
