Holly woke up and looked around she was in a hospital bed and it was the middle of the night everyone was asleep. she took her pocket knife out of her pocket and lefted up her sleeve, she looked down at her arm then opened her pocket knife and was about to cut into her arm when she herd someone coming up to her. She looked up and saw Draco walking over to her
"what do you want?" she said quickly putting the pocket knife in her pocket
"Holly i'm really sorry ok i didn't mean to......i just got mad"
"just go away Draco!"
Draco looked down at her arm and saw her sleeve up
"what were you about to do?" he asked looking suspicious
Holly followed his gaze at her arm and quickly pulled down her sleeve
"n-nothing, I wasn't doing anything ok! just go Draco!"
Draco looked at her suspiciously then turned and walked out o the hospital wing. Holly watched him the left up her sleeve again and looked down at her arm, but didn't take out her pocket knife. then she pulled her sleeve back down and went to sleep.
The next morning she woke up and looked over and saw that Ron, Harry and hermione were talking. then she looked over at the door and saw that Dumbledore and Snape were talking. she sat up in bed. Just then Dumbledore turned away from Snape
"ah Holly your up, good may i please talk with you and Harry in my office"
Holly looked over at Harry who looked back over at her then she looked back Dumbledore
"y-yah sure" she hoped out of bed and followed Dumbledore out of the hospital wing with Harry behind her.
when they got to the office Dumbledore walked behind his desk and sat down gesturing to two chairs in front of the desk. Harry and Holly sat down
"now do eather of you guys know why Draco did what he did? i know Holly is very close to him and i am wondering why he did such a thing to her and miss granger" Dumbledore said as they sat down
"I have know idea sir but this is what i was talking about!!! Draco is one of them now!!" Harry said angrily
"calm down Harry" Holly said quietly looking down at her hands
"Harry you have said this many times but i still think you need to stop thinking these things!" Dumbledore said calmly then turned to Holly "what about you dear, do you know why Draco did what he did to you?"
Holly looked up at him then over at Harry then back at Dumbledore
"no si-" just then her arm started to burn she glanced down at it then back up at Dumbledore
"n-no s-sir" she said nervously
Dumbledore followed her gaze at her arm
"is there something you would like to tell us Holly?"
"no sir" she answered quickly
"yes Holly i think there is please you may tell us what you say is safe with us"
Holly looked from Harry to Dumbledore again then finally she reached out to left up her sleeve
"fine but Harry and professor i'm trusting you won't tell anyone about this"
she lifted up her sleeve to show them the dark mark on her arm. she looked down at her lap. just then the door opened and Snape walked in, when he saw what she was showing them he looked over at her and said
"if you don't mind sir i would like to speak to Holly when you are done talking with her"
Holly looked even more nervous now.
"very well snape" said Dumbledore looking up from Holly's mark. when Snape left he turned back to Holly
"I must say Holly i am very disappointed in you i thought you were better then that!"
"THAT MEANS THAT DRACO HAS TO BE ONE TO!!!!! AND I BET SNAPE IS STILL ONE THATS WHY HE WANT TO TALK TO YOU!!!!!" Harry yelled standing up
"Harry sit down, i have talked to you about this many times i trust snape" Dumbledore said calmly
"YES BUT THAT DOESN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT DRACO NOT BEING ONE!!" harry said still standing. Holly sat there saying nothing just looking down at her lap.
"Snape trusts Draco and so i do to" Dumbledore said back. Harry sat down and didn't say anything. Just then Ron walked in he took one look at Hollys arm and turned and walked out. Holly pulled down her sleeve, and stood up.
"anything else professor?"
"i think thats it Holly but i can tell you are not proud of that mark, and I would like to say that if we can do anything to help you get out of being a death eater let us know we would be happy to"
"thank you sir" she nodded and Harry then turned and walked out of the office and up to Snape "yes?"
"you can't just go around showing people that! and telling them how much you don't want it!" he said in an angry voice
"well i just did! i don't believe the story's he told me about how my parents died that was just to get me on his side!!"
"and even if they were your on his side and you always will be unless you want to die!"
"maybe that would be the best thing!" with that she turned and walked away. she walked back to the hospital wing to see how Hermione was doing.
"Hi" said Hermione when she saw her "you do know Draco is with pansy now right?"
Holly rolled her eyes "course he is probably taking her to the Yule Ball right?"
"yah i think he is.....why was he going to take you?"
"yah but i wouldn't go with him anyway"
"so you don't have a date for the ball?"
"nope"
Hermione looked over at Fred and George
"i don't think Fred has a date you could ask him"
"yah I guess......maybe.......well I should go, talk to you guys later"
