The Polyjuice Potion Song and other songs
written by Timothy Walsh
Some of these songs are Potter related and some were submitted to one of the two Disney Lit Weeks. They all have either original music or original words or both. Links are included to mp3 files of these songs being sung by humans but most of them are accompanied by synthetic instruments.

Songs for Disney movies
Chapter 2
1. The Horned King's Song
This song was submitted as an optional assignment in the lesson about the Disney Movie "The Black Cauldron". It is to be sung by the Horned King to the three heroes after he has captured them and forced them to watch as the Black Cauldron, which he has also stolen, is brought into his lair. It was arranged for bass voice (appropriate for the villain) and piano. Here is the link:

2. Harelip's Lament
This song was submitted as an optional assignment in the lesson about the Disney Movie "The Princess and the Goblin". It is to be sung by Harelip, the Goblin prince, as the water starts to rise in his mine. It was arranged for bass voice (appropriate for the villain) and piano. Here is the link:

3. Kristoff's Lament
This song was submitted as an optional assignment in the lesson about the Disney Movie "Frozen". It is my favourite movie among all those studied in HiH because I identify with Kristoff. It is to be sung by Kristoff to his reindeer Sven after Kristoff sends Anna to be kissed by Prince Hans and Sven urges him to go to Anna and kiss her himself and before Kristoff sees the snowstorm in Arendelle, which he interprets as a sign that Anna is in trouble. It was arranged for bass voice (deviating from the usual practice of reserving romantic songs for tenors), violin, viola, cello and string bass. To hear the string bass you need good speakers or earphones. Here is the link:
