There are additionaly, 3 dark spell categories:

.Jinx - this is the least harmful of dark spells and are usually more of an irritation, having no long term effects. They can be used for practical jokes or as a distraction.

.Hex - these spells oftern cause long lasting damage and can cause moderate suffering but are easily reversed with a spell breaker.

.Curse - this is the most dangerous of the dark spells, they are customarily cast with the intent to severely harm or kill
