Chapter 12
How do I post an image to the feed?
To post an image to the feed, you will need the URL of your image. Here's how to find it.
Bear in mind that there is a size limit on images, so if it doesn't work after trying all these steps, your image may be too big.
First of all, open your browser and search for images. I am using Google Images here. Type in a search term. Here I have used Harry Potter
Click on the image you want, then select View Image.
The image will open in a new tab all by itself. You can see the URL (the link) of the image up the top. Copy this URL - it's what you'll use to upload this image. Make sure that the URL ends in .jpg .png or .gif, because if it ends in anything else the image won't work.
On Hogwarts is Here, in a new post, click the Image option. Paste that URL into the box provided, then click Post as you normally would.
Ta da! Your image is now uploaded to the feed.
