You again awake to the owl, this time with Dracos address, and he tells you to pack some Quidditch robes. While listening to -your fav song- you get dressed, wash & dry your hair, do some light makeup and are ready to go.

'Mom, I'm off to the Malfoys now!' You call excitedly.

'Someone sounds excited! Awk love I'm so happy you are making such good friends. I'll drive you!' she says, chuckling.

Arriving at the Malfoys.

'Bye mom!' you say, giving her a hug & a kiss on the cheek. 

'Love you y/n!' She calls, waves and blows you a kiss.

Suddenly, two hands are covering your eyes, and a voice whispers, 'Guess who?' softly in your ear.

'Draco let go of me THIS INSTANT!' You exclaim, and he turns red with embarrasment.

'Oh Draco, I'm sorry I was just kidding!' you stammer, and give him a proper hello hug.

'Y/n, you are so mean.' he says, sounding fake angry, 'I hope you are excited?'

'Yeah, really excited to be spending the summer with you!' You joke.

You both head inside.

'So, tell me about this brother of yours?' you say.

'Oh! Have you never told your little girlfriend about me?' says a voice from behind us, sounding very sarcastic.

'THEO YOU IDIOT SHE'S NOT MY GIRLFRIEND!!' Screams Draco.

'Woah woah woah, calm down buddy! I was only joking. She is WAY out of your league.' he says.

'Hey princess, I'm Theo, or Mattheo. And you?' he turns to you, with a grin you don't like the look of.

'Y/n, don't call me princess.' you say, slightly aggrivated by his behaivour.

'Ooh, she fiesty!' he says, laughing, 'Oh- Hi Father!' He turns, looking scared to his father.

'Good afternoon Mr Malfoy!' You say, sounding sweet and innocent, 'How are you?'

'Very good, and your name?'

'Oh, I'm y/n y/l/n. I'm Draco's-'

'Best friend. Yes he didn't shut up about you in his owls.'

'DAAAAAAAAD!!!!' says Draco.

'Oh, hello dear. I'll take the liberty of offering the young lady a seat and a drink, since none of you idiots have bothered.' scoffs a woman, standing next to Mr Malfoy, 'I am Narcissa, Draco's mother, and you are?'

'I'm y/n y/l/n! Its lovely to meet you!' you say.

'Draco, why can't all of your friends be as polite as her? Would you like a hot drink dear?'

'Yes, if that is ok! Its freezing, for all its summertime.'

'Y/n, come on I wanna show you something!' Draco grabs your hand, and drags you up at least 4 flights of stairs until you are on the roof.

'Y/n I have to ask you something...'

'Yeah?'

'Y/n, will you- will you'

'Will you just get on with it? It's bloody baltic up here.'

'Y/nwillyoubemygirlfriend'

'What?'

'Y/n, will you be my g-g-girlfriend?'

'Oh! Uh, y-yeah!'

'Awh, how cute, I KNEW IT I CALLED IT TOM YOU OWE ME 5 GALLEONS!!' yells a voice from behind us.

'Oh shit. It's Theo and Tom...'

'Oh my God Draco I didn't know you cursed..'

You and Draco turned to face Theo and Tom.

'Real smooth Draco.'

'Poor little Draco, couldn't even get his words out'

'And I was hoping that y/n girl was gonna stay single.. She's kinda cute'

'Theo she's ELEVEN'

'Tom I'm FIFTEEN'

'Sorry about Theo, I'm Tom. You?'

'Uh, I'm y/n, and I'm actually fourteen...'

'See Tom? I know a good future girlfr- I mean sister  in-law when I see one.'

'Honestly Theo leave y/n alone.'

'Well... Theo bet me 5 galleons you two would be a couple before the end of the summer...'

'YOU WHAT?!'

'Draco, Draco, calm the fuck down.'

'Tea is ready princess.'

'It's our first time having a girl other than Mother in the house, sorry about him.' whispers Draco as he takes your hand, helping you down the stairs.

'Thank you so much Mrs Malfoy, really its so kind of you to let me stay!'

'It's honestly no bother dear, and please, call me Narcissa!'

2 weeks later.

'Y/n wake uppp we're packing for Quidditch Camp now!!'

'Oh cool' you say groggily. 

'I can tell you don't think it's that cool'

'I'm just tired'

'Ok, I'll let you get dressed, then I'll be back in 10 minutes love'

'Ok, bye' You say. You yawn. You really didn't get much sleep, but still, you drag yourself from the warm and are just about to take off your nightgown when you feel eyes on you. You glance at the door through the corner of your eye and see Theo standing there, watching you. 

'Go away.' 'Now'

'But why? You are so pretty!'

'I know. But go away.'

'Theo, leave her alone.' Says Tom.

'Tom you are such a buzzkill.'

'Thanks Tom. Can I ask you something?'

'Yeah sure I guess. Make it quick.'

'Ok, so, Draco.'

'What about him?'

'He's been acting really distant after he asked me out, did I do something wrong?'

'No, I'm sure you haven't. I'll go ask him whats up.'

'Thanks, really Tom.'

In Draco's room.

'Uh- hey Draco?'

'What Tom.'

'I have a question, can I come in?'

'Quickly?'

'Why have you been acting so distant with y/n? You two were two peas in a pod, and then you aren't holding her hand, laughing with her, making jokes or anything anymore. What changed?'

'I-I- look, its not really something I wanna talk about with you. I want y/n to come to me if she wants to know.'

In the car, on the way.

You reach to take Draco's hand, and for once he doesn't pull away. Instead, he pulls you into a hug.

'I'm sorry' he says into your hair.

'For what?'

'Being so cruel. I just don't wanna mess this up with you. Really.'

'Thank you Draco, thank you.'

'I-I love you y/n'

You are taken aback. Draco isn't ever this vulnerable with you.

'I love you too Draco' you whisper.

You arrive at Quidditch Camp.

'Thanks so much for the lift Narcissa! Thanks again, really.'

'Y/n, would you mind? I have to ask you a quick question! Draco off you go.'

'Of course! What's up?'

'My son, Draco.'

'What about him?'

'He truly loves you y/n. He told us all about you in his owls.'

'I love him too... I don't know what I'd do without him..'

'We don't know what he'd do without you my dear.'

She gave you a hug, which also took you by surprise, since you barely know her.

'Enjoy Quidditch Camp.'

'Thank you Narcissa.'

In the cabin.

They only have cabins for two? Wanna be bunk mates, y/n?'

'Yeah, definitely!'

'Ok'

'Draco...'

'Yeah?'

'Can I ask you something?'

'Of course?'

'Do you- do you actually like me?'

'Of course you blithering idiot, you are my girlfriend!'
