Hello, ladies and gentlemen. The Marauder's Magazine, a new weekly magazine that brings stories, games, and festive cheers is hiring!

Since you clicked in here, you obviously are interested, so let's jump right in into the positions you can apply for:

Long-term Jobs

• Journalist. Journalists are generally writers for the magazine. Article titles are given to journalists to write according to the title of their respective article. They're usually given 1-3 articles per week. Looking for 5 journalists.


• Proof-reader. Proof-readers proof-read the articles for grammar and puncuation mistakes, along with checking whether or not the article is logically correct in all places. Use of online checking tools (no matter AI or not) are allowed. Workload is about 3 articles per week. Looking for 4 proof-readers.


• Editor. Editors are here to help journalists format their articles to look more interesting and inviting. They're are also in charge of the "Letter from your editors" article at the beginning of each issue of the magazine. Workload is 1 "Letter from your editors" every other week and editing about 2 articles per week. Looking for 2 editors.


• Assistant team manager. The assistant team manager, aka ATM, will help the main team manager, AKA MTM, in team managing. That includes hiring, advertising the magazine, handing out work to team members, and reminding them to do their work. Needs at least 1 hour on HiH every day. Looking for 1 ATM.

Short-term Jobs

• Free-lance writer. A free-lance writer is like a journalist, but it is not a permanent postion. You will first write your article, give it a title, and owl either the main team manager or the assistant team manager informing you want your article in the magazine. Proof-readers and editors will not tweak your article. Looking for as many free-lance writers as possible. All are welcome!
