Wait....I'M A Gryffindor?

Aurelia is a pureblood and proud. She's sure she'll be a Slytherin when Sorting Day comes.

But when she finally gets her acceptance letter and goes to Hogwarts, the unthinkable happens -- she's sorted into Gryffindor!! Slytherin's rival! Of course, the Gryffindors are not very happy about this either. Besides, Aurelia is not brave. At least, that's what she thinks.

In this story, secrets are uncovered, friendships are formed, and one young girl, Aurelia, discovers her true self.

Dear Father, Dear Mother

Chapter 7

Later after I've finished all my classes, I figure I should write to my mom and dad.

First I write to my father:

Dear Father,

I have to tell you something. I hope you'll understand.

Father, I was sorted into Gryffindor. Not Slytherin.

Please don't be disappointed. I know it is not what you wanted.

Please, forgive me.

Love,

Your Sorrowful Daughter Aurelia

P.S. No need to tell mother Blossom, for I've/I am going to informed/inform her.

Next, I write to my mother:

Dear Mother,

I have not been sorted into Slytherin. I'm sorry that this is so sudden.

You see, I've been sorted into Gryffindor.

Please, please forgive me. I did not ask for this, and nor did you.

Love,

A Regretful Aurelia

P.S. You don't need to tell Father  Paul, for I've written him already.

And after that, I'm done for the day. I go to bed and try to imagine something good to come the next day.
