Liber Singularis Carminum: A Unique Collection Of Magic.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft of Wizardry provides a suitable education to the budding youths of the magical community. That said, it doesn't quite teach you everything there is to know. Inside you will find a compilation of spells ranging from utility charms to defensive jinxes. Inspired by the book 'Mondelwyn's Encyclopaedia of Enchantments,' available in the Library.

Aequor: Charms Of Water.
Chapter 5
4.1 The
Cooling Charm ☆
Incantation:
Infrigido.
Motion: Slow counter-clockwise
circles towards the target.
Termination: Terminates naturally
with the desire of the caster, or if concentration is lost. Can be countered
with the warming charm (3.1).
This charm radiates a subtle yet effective cooling aura in a
cone-shape from the tip of the wand. An increase of willpower will intensify
the coldness, though it cannot reach a level where it would cause damage. This
charm is often found imbued in materials, e.g. self-regulating cloaks.
4.2 The
Water-Making Spell ☆☆☆
Incantation:
Aguamenti.
Motion: A short swish in the desired
direction.
Termination: Terminates naturally
after a short burst of water.
This spell conjures a jet of clear, pure, drinkable water
from the tip of the wand. It is a rather difficult spell, falling under the
conjuration branch of transfiguration and is usually left until NEWT level classes.
4.3 The Freezing
Charm ☆☆
Incantation:
Glacius.
Movement: A downward flick turning
into an open-ended infinity loop.
Termination: Terminates naturally
after a short burst. Its effects will cancel out over time, usually due to the
environmental heat.
This charm creates a quick burst of freezing cold air that’s
capable of turning water to ice or even extinguishing mundane fires. The
residual frigidity leaves a chill in the air for a period afterwards.
