Liber Singularis Carminum: A Unique Collection Of Magic.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft of Wizardry provides a suitable education to the budding youths of the magical community. That said, it doesn't quite teach you everything there is to know. Inside you will find a compilation of spells ranging from utility charms to defensive jinxes. Inspired by the book 'Mondelwyn's Encyclopaedia of Enchantments,' available in the Library.

Introduction
Chapter 1
My name is Alastar Aurelius, only heir to what previously was a rather intelligent albeit secretive line of English-Italian wizards and witches. We are a family of potioneers, and herbologists, with a few wand-makers and curse-breakers scattered in the line. Until now, much of my family's wisdom has been locked away in attics, chests, and a fear of the outside world. I wish to change that. I have put together a collection of spells, some of which you will be more than familiar, but others may be entirely new. We are not creators, but adapters. We have edited, formed, and in some cases, improved. I hope you find some use in some of these incredible incantations.
Ave atque vale.
- Alastar Aurelius
A useful spell that I will briefly note here is known as the cancelling charm.
Incantation: Finite.
Motion: A swift flick towards your target.
Termination: --
This spell can end many of the charms listed within the book. It does not work for certain charms, nor many of the magical devices.
