It was the next morning, and we were all to go out for a walk. As I was putting my boots on, I saw Ava come down with her shoes from the special box.

“I’m so excited to wear these shoes! I bought them like two years ago and haven’t worn them at all since then. Not even touching it with my toes!” Ava squealed.

I was befuddled, we literally saw her prints in the corridor, or was this planted to? But how? It’s her shoes. Willow knew exactly what I was thinking and answered my thoughts,”Ah, you do have good point detective Chen but you see, what if someone else wore her shoes. Think deeply, I have never seen my mum wear those shoes. She is not lying, it is really her first time. Now that I’m thinking, when we came to your house my mum left the shoes with your mum in a room downstairs. In the morning it was not there and my mum told my dad that she left it in the room. They were searching the house for ages and found it in my mum’s room. My mum said that she did not leave them there. That’s enough proof to rule her out, no?”

I nodded and in my mind, put a line through ‘Ava Jones’. This left us with two other suspects, Agatha and Emily. 

We took another visit to Emily’s office. The laptop was on again, we have very good luck. There were two new messages since we were last here:

Quick! The police are coming tomorrow afternoon to suspect the house, and hide the body in the attic.

Now this was really big, and I’m exaggerating the word ‘really’. Willow muttered something under her breath and slowly stomped her way to Agatha's room which was locked, once again. Willow put her hands in her pockets, and took out some keys. The door opened, slower this time. On her bed was some sort of tool, a sort of machine gun. I don’t know how to explain. Willow then quickly stated,”In 2050, exoskeleton-equipped soldiers could carry the sorts of heavy machine guns that are today mounted on vehicles, while tanks could be armed with howitzer-class cannons.” I was surprised at her knowledge, but she was right. As I took out my phone and searched up this, it came up with the exact words that Willow had just said. But it’s going to come out in 2050, not 2010. How did she have something that’s going to be created in another thirty years' time?
