"Ringgggggggggggggg" screamed the school bell. "Lilly, Lilly put your book down and come on were going to be late for class!" I felt like I was talking to a wall. Lilly is an alien and though she can hear me, she tends to ignore most of the world around her. "Just one more page!" she shrieked back. "Ok, ok!" I waited for her while a page turned into a couple more pages which finally turned into a chapter. In the end we were late to class and almost scored detention like every other day.

  Oh wait I forgot to explain. I'm not human. Neither is Lilly, Tyson, or Destiny. We are part of an organization called the Creature Community. In this organization we have true identities but cloak ourselves in human form. I'm a fairy, Lilly's and alien, Tyson's some dragon thing, and Destiny is a demon. We all have lost our homes due to humans and have begun a new life as humans. Humans can be repulsive at times but we are learning to keep our identities secret.
