“Mischief Managed”
(by Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls)
As a tribute to the Moony, Wormtail, Padfoot and Prongs, collectively known as “The Marauders”, this issue we feature a song by well-known Wrock band Oliver Boyd and the Remembralls. Although originally sung by a male, it should be within the vocal range of most females, although maybe a little low for our Sopranos out there! It also has a reasonably-sized and relatively easy-sounding guitar instrumental at the beginning for any budding guitarists, as well as guitar backing the whole way through.
Lyric Video:
Unfortunately a Karaoke Video doesn’t seem to exist yet, but the lyrics are as follows:
Lyrics to Mischief Managed
And I think it's gonna come in handy
Now I can go about my day
But who are these four - Padfoot & Prongs
Wormtail & Moony
They must have ruled all of the school
Oh man, I'm lucky
I solemnly swear
That I am up to no good
I'll follow the map
And you know you would if you could
I solemnly swear
That I am up to no good
So nothing can stop me now
Nothing left misunderstood
What can I say, I'm having a blast
And no one will ever catch me
I gotta thank Fred & George
For what they gave to me
Even though I am not allowed
To go to Hogsmeade
I know I can take a passage way
That will lead me safely
I solemnly swear
Nothing left misunderstood
I see you
I see you
I see you
I see you
Oh
I solemnly swear
That I am up to no good
I'll follow the map
And you know you would if you could
I solemnly swear
That I am up to no good
Nothing left misunderstood
