Harry potter is a fictional book right? Yes as far as we know but, maybe it is real maybe it is a historical document of the adventures of Harry Potter and his gang. This would make sense because defeating he-who-shall-not-be-named is quite an achevment (sorry i cant figure out how to spell it) that would want to be shared with the muggle world. Going back to chapter one with this theory it makes it impossible for Hermione to write HP because if its a historical document in the wizarding world Hermione would ether be dead or very very very very very very old. 

this chapter is rather short but there isn't much to talk about sorry.
