Introduction To The Issue

-Introduction to the Issue-
So you may have noticed that there have been yet more additions to this
magazine - in the way of writers and features. However, apart from the odd
other addition or change, this will be the overall constant from now on.
The introduction to each issue has changed also, as you will see.
Instead of the introduction being a rudimentary put-together of introductions
and a little news, the introduction will simply be a message from the
creator/editor, Lilia Le Fay. This will contain teasers on content in the
issue, personal themes and more extensive news. And, if you do want to know
more about what you're reading, you are recommended to read the introductory
message for each issue.
Introductory Message for the issue from Editor Lilia Le Fay:
Dear readers,
Hello and welcome to the seventh issue of The Hogwarts Entertainment
Magazine! As spring begins to approach, many of the themes within are based on
the new season that is beginning to come through. I hope you are enjoying the warmer
weather and spring feel - I have certainly been out and about in the grounds
and enjoying the rare Scottish sunshine!
So, what have we got in store for this issue? Well, to start off we have
a few new additions; including literacy articles covering fan fiction and
Muggle book news, and information on upcoming films and TV series as well as
more extensive Film, TV and book reviews! It is also my pleasure to welcome
four new writers; Kris Shah (film/series reviews), Victoria Lewis (book
reviews), Charlotte Delacour (literacy articles), Lexi Horst (entertainment
coulm/section) and Liberty Rogers (fashion section). A warm welcome to these
talented new writers!
Unfortunately, however, writer Jamie Pevensie has had to resign temporarily as she is very busy at the moment, meaning this issue misses out updates of her serial story and a wizarding gourmet entry. Don't worry, though - she has confirmed she will be back when life is less hectic and if she passes out on any more future issues, the wizarding grommet will be covered by others.
On the matter of updates for already running features in the magazine, I
can tease you with many things. In particular; Nadia and Natasha will discover
that their mission isn't going to be as easy as they expected when they
encounter both physical and emotional demons; A new literacy article details an interesting set of books that will surely intrigue readers and Fleur Delacour gives us direct advice for
perfumes with delicate expertise that every female should listen to.
We've got some great material in this issue, so get reading and enjoy
the first taste of spring!
~Lilia Le Fay
