When I entered my first lesson, Potions, I stared blankly around the room at all the bottles of ingredients and strange looking objects.

Professor Draekon entered and I suddenly stood up straight out of respect. I tightened my grip on my books to make sure I didnt drop them on the floor.

Once I sat down in my assigned seat, I took out my Potions book and quill. Throughout the lesson, I took a number of notes and tried to focus as much as possible but the whole new room just made too excited.

At the end of the lesson, we were given a quiz to fill out as homework later on in dorm time.

In my second lesson, Charms, with professsor Virneburg, I took quite a few more notes than Potions but was still as intriuged with everything around me.
