Despite growing up in  a muggle family, magic has always been present in my life, either through unexplainable stories told by my aunt or grandmother, or as  a strange atmosphere I've sometimes accideltially collided with. Whether wonderful or scary, it has never ceased to amaze me.

I don't know where I got my heritage from. I have little Idea who of my ancestors could have been a witch or wizard, though I highly suspect it comes from my mothers side. Her mother has told me many remarkable stories and mysterous shadows were always welcome in her apartment to keep her company. 

I have also been visited by strange beings and I am still positive my fathers' house is haunted. But not only ghosts have occupied my thoughts and time. I am deeply interested in every being unfamiliar to muggles and in the next chapters I'm gonna tell you about which creatures are unique to the nature in and surrounding my homeland.
