GARGOYLE:

Gargoyles in the muggle world were used as waterways so that rainwater would be pushed away from buildings to avoid erosion. In the wizarding world, Gargoyles are used as guardians (protecting places you have enchanted and only opening with a password).
HAGS:
XX harmless
Supposedly having four toes - they are similar to humans. They have pale skin and basic magic abilities (ex. brewing potions). The Ministry classifies them as beings. They eat childeren and raw liver. Famous Hags include Annis Black and Cordellia Misericordia.
