These problems and many more and tackled in this brief guide for students who are having trouble making friends or simply socialising on HiH. Of course, how you make friends is up to you, but on HiH, a small and close-knit community, there are some tips and tricks that will help you become more familiar with those around you.

Chapter 5
-Social Circles-
You may have noticed that there are quite a few small,
close-knit social circles around HiH and they may intimidate you or simply put
you off. But really, most are very welcoming and will accept you readily. What
you really have to do is start commenting on their posts and get to know one
person in the circle in particular before getting involved with the other
members. You do have to be quite forward, however, and gently force your way
in. As long as you’re pleasant, however, it should work, and you needn’t be
daunted by these already-established social circles.
There are a few good people to get to know to get into
the current social circles; however, don’t get really clingy otherwise it’ll
annoy them. They are simply involved students who could help get you involved
in some social circles:

(To name a few)
Of course, you can always create your own social
circle – simply make some close friends and you’ll soon find that one forms
between you. Social Circles also function well when you have live chats and can
be improved by playing games such as ‘truth or dare’ to find out more about
each other.
