This book was created by me as a handbook of duelling using information from all the lessons covered at Hogwarts in different subjects from the first year to the seventh year at Hogwarts along with my personal tips for duelling to guide others and me and help others and me in my duelling practice and in my duels in the wizarding world. You will not find the rules of engagement in this book, because I believe you already know it, but you will find a lot of basic and advanced information about and for duelling, that will be helpful and useful to you and me.

Effects: - Affects your opponent internally and causes their eyes to become irritated.

Spell Type: - Defensive.

Spell Block: -

Incantation- Tumeo Oculo, pronounced as too-MAY-oh AH-coo-loh.

Wand Movement- A clockwise infinity symbol with a jab at the end.

Willpower- Moderate to high. On applying lesser willpower, the Conjunctivitis Curse can cause minor irritation and watering, and on applying more willpower, it can cause severe swelling of the eyes to the extent that the eyes are forced completely shut. In both cases, the curse is painful and will become a major distraction for the intended target.

Concentration- Moderate.

This spell was used by the famous wizard, Viktor Krum, during the Triwizard Tournament to fight a dragon for a task.
