The Diary of a Ravenclaw (1991-1998)
This is a fanfiction, one of the MOST basic fanfictions you will ever come across in your lifetime. If you like it, awesome. Tell me please. If you hate it, say nothing. This fanfiction has been with me since I was very small and if you insult my baby I will never forgive you.

The Great Hall is decked out in pink and red. I have nothing against pink or red, but I don't think they work together at all. I'm not sure who decided they'd be good colours for a holiday. I also don't know who decided a bunch of pre-teen and teenaged children needed to celebrate a day of romantic love. I'm eleven. I have papers. No, it's not cute to pair your students off together just to embarass them. Ew. StAhp. All the fourth and fifth years are all over each other. It's disgusting. And to think, the fifth years have O.W.L.s at the end of term. This really shouldn't be encouraged. A couple second year boys came up to me at dinner and one of them 'asked me out' before they all ran away, giggling like neanderthals. Jokes on them, I would've rejected him anyway. Pity he didn't give me the chance.

Okay I know I made a big deal about how stupid Valentine's Day is, but maybe flowers would've been nice. Tara and I exchanged little hand done notes, mostly as a joke. Professing our 'undying love' to each other at lunch. Very entertaining. And the Weasley twins pelted us with candy hearts at breakfast. I think it was meant to be sweet, but after I got hit in the eye I wasn't enjoying myself anymore. Moony used to give me little handfuls of Enchanter's Nightshade he'd preserve in the summer. I always knew he was hiding it but I'd pretend to be surprised anyway. Maybe I'll see if Professor Sprout has anything she'd let me send him.

Moony did send me flowers! It's just his old owl got lost and when it got here yesterday half the buds were missing. But that's alright. He hid them from me very well last summer, it seems. I sent him a couple Water avens from the greenhouse with a school owl. I'm not sure if he got them or not. I probably won't hear from him till Sunday since yesterday was the moon.

Remus got the flowers. I put his note in here with the Sticking Charm.
Got the flowers. I'm drying one and I'll make the others into tea. Very useful flowers. Anyways, did you get mine? That old bird came back a week and a half late missing half his feathers. Poor man. He does his best, but it may be about time to retire him. Although then I wouldn't have an owl. We'll see. Anyways, tell me more about these Weasleys. They sound just like Padfoot and Prongs. Write back soon,
-Moony
p.s. Need anything? More parchment or quills? Chocolate? Extra jumper? Let me know.
I'll tell him to dip into dad's money to get a new owl. He won't, of course. Always detremined to do everything by himself. I'll see if I can somehow get him one for his birthday next month. And, no, Remus. I certainly do not need anymore chocolate. I will ask for more quills though.

The Valentine's nonsense is finally over. As is my own. I was being silly. I mean I had fun messing about with Tara but all that other mush. Blech. Anyway, I've got to figure out how to get money from my Gringotts account, buy an owl, and send it to Moony, all from the school. I might ask Hagrid maybe? He'll know where to get a good owl. But he can't get money for me. No, I'll have to ask Dumbledore. I'm pretty sure he could get into any Gringotts account he wanted. People pretty much let him do anything.
