The Diary of a Ravenclaw (1991-1998)
This is a fanfiction, one of the MOST basic fanfictions you will ever come across in your lifetime. If you like it, awesome. Tell me please. If you hate it, say nothing. This fanfiction has been with me since I was very small and if you insult my baby I will never forgive you.

It's getting colder in the castle. A lot of the older students are going to Hogsmeade. I wish I could go. Sometimes I feel like I'm losing my mind staying in the same place. Tara and I have started walking around outside a lot. Well, as much as we have time for. I don't understand how Tara barely spends any time on schoolwork and still somehow gets it all done. She stresses me out. In other news, Cho hasn't really talked to me at all. It's a little disappointing, but I get it. If she wants to have very many friends she probably shouldn't really be friends with me. I still don't know what Tara's thinking, what with Harry Potter being in her house. They probably all completely hate me.

Tara has an older brother named Peter who I would love nothing more than to smack across the head with my History of Magic textbook. Any time he sees Tara and I, he simply cannot help making a derrogatory comment towards me, and an even worse comment towards his own sister. She wants me to just ignore him, so I do my best. But sometimes... ooh, I wanna hurt him.

I'm sad to report I'm still really bored with DADA. Our last lesson, Quirrell was stuttering so much he just gave up and had us read from the book instead. And of course, I like reading. But I wouldn't mind some proper instruction. At least we're actually practising spells in Charms and Transfiguration.

I've started to really enjoy flying quite a bit. Tara really likes it, too. She's apparently really fast. I'm still not the fastest, but Madame Hootch says I'm 'very precise'. She told me I should be a Chaser or Beater in Quidditch. But I don't think I'll play.

It's the full moon again. I know Moony was fine last month, but who knows what could go wrong this time? Last I knew, Moony was in York. I don't know if he has a safe place there or not. I'm sure he's found something. He's typically well-prepared. Anyway, in order to talk about anything else. The last few time I've checked on my dad he's been really quiet. I know he really hates halloween, though, so maybe that's it. Well now I'm just worried about two things. Oh forget it.

I think I may have just had the most dramatic Halloween feast in Hogwarts history. I sat at the Gryffindor table with Tara. I've been doing that for the past few weeks now and no one has stopped me. Peter eventually came by to make his typical comments. I nearly comepletely lost it on him this time. He just had to direct his comments towards my family again. It's so hard not to defend my dad, but I know I can't. Anyway, Tara finally chased him off with one last insult and I thought that was the end of it. But just as it was time for pudding, Quirrell burst in, in absolute hysterics. There was a TROLL IN THE DUNGEONS!!! We all had to get up and hide in our dorms for the rest of the night. The Slytherins were not happy, which made me a little happy. I can't wait to hear what happened.
