It starts with a pain, 

An unbearable pain:

The type of pain that just won't go away

It started with her chest,

Then it started to grow,

It grew like vines,

Wrapping around her bones, 

Her veins, 

And her mind

The pain grew and it spread and it multiplied, 

As she lost her train of thought 

Everything became blurry as her heart started to beat out of her chest

She had forgotten how to breathe, 

As she sat there in pain, 

Unable to think,

Unable to move

Her whole body was unable to process the situation as the voices in her head grew louder, 

And louder, 

Until all she could hear were these insufferable voices

Everything went numb, 

Disfigured, 

Blank, 

Alone, 

And dull. 

Then, 

In a flash, 

Everything stopped

The pain drifted away, 

All feeling in her body returned, 

Her eyes began to focus,

Her own personal thoughts came back

Dry tears and sweat beaded her face

As she looked around, 

She steadied her breath

Slowly calming herself down attempting to stop her hands from shaking

She sat there for another 5 minutes as she tried to process what just happened to her 

Panic

It's real,

And sometimes,

It hurts
