Delphine (born March 1998), known by the nickname Delphi, was a British half-blood Black Witch, the daughter of Tom Riddle and Bellatrix Lestrange.  Delphi planned to travel back in time to ensure Cedric's survival in the third task of the tournament (as he was unable to return to the first two stages as the boys' actions made the events too temporally unstable).
