Today was my third day of classes at Hogwarts and I couldn't be more excited! I started off with Charms class, taught by Professor Virneburg. We learned how to levitate objects and it was so cool to see my wand actually working. Next, I had Defense Against the Dark Arts with Professor Penrose. He taught us about werewolves and how to defend ourselves against them. It was a bit scary, but also really interesting. After lunch, I had Herbology with Professor Aspen. We learned about different types of plants and their properties. I never realized how much there was to learn about plants! Finally, I had History of Magic with Professor Everby. I have to admit, it was a bit boring and I struggled to stay awake. But overall, it was an amazing third day of classes and I can't wait to see what the rest of the year brings.
