Last year when I was 13 years old something burned my leg. I felt in my pocket and found the gold key that brought me to Candy Land. I knew that this meant the King and Queen needed me. The year before they had told me they would contact me if I was needed. I touched the key and went through the shining door in the middle of my room. I ended up right in front of the doors to the Sugar Palace. Immediately I knew there was something wrong. The gate was swinging and I couldn’t hear anything. I walked through the doors and into the palace. The gummy bear that was usually there had disappeared. I walked through the palace and eventually I found my way to the throne room. I knocked on the door but no one answered. I stepped into the room and saw that the room was filled with tied up gummy bears! I ran up to one of them and removed the gag.

“What happened!” I asked him.

“The people from Licorice Tower invaded and took Princess Sugar Cube!” he said “We tried to stop them but they are too powerful.”

“We have to save her!” I exclaimed. I untied all the gummy bears and we had a meeting to discuss what to do.
