I dreamed I was back at Licorice Tower and was still listening to the meeting. When the meeting was over the gummy creature saw me like last time but didn’t yell out. It was like my dream was showing me what should have happened. King and Queen Candy Cane told me that we should leave. I agreed so they took out a token with a picture of a palace on it.

"Place your finger on the token," said Queen Candy Cane. I did and suddenly we were in the Sugar Palace. This must be how they escaped the first time. Then I woke up and I really was in the Sugar Palace. It was so weird. Was the dream real or was it just a dream? I was standing in the throne room with the King and Queen.

“How did I get here?” I asked them.

“We used our token to escape and we imagined you coming with us,” The Queen told me.

“I guess it worked,” I said. I was feeling really tired and the Queen noticed.

“I think you should take a break from this adventuring,” she said. “You should go home Lily, We will contact you if you’re needed.”

“Okay,” I agreed. “It would be nice to take a break.” I took out my key and transported myself home.
