“. . . and that concludes our monthly meeting.” said the gummy bear Steve finally after what had seemed like nearly an hour of talking. The other gummy creatures started leaving when suddenly one of them saw me! Oh no!!! I thought.  Then the Steve pushed a button that was on the wall and loud alarms started sounding. The room lit up with red flashing lights.

“RUN!!!” I yelled. We all ran but then out of nowhere a pair of hands grabbed me. I tried to scream but the hands clamped themselves over my mouth. Luckily the King and Queen escaped but I wasn't so lucky. I was dragged back to the cell. I was klonked on the head and I passed out. When I awoke I wasn’t in the cell so that confused me. I realized that I was in the house that I had looked into when I was investigating. That confused me even more. I tried to get up and my head started throbbing from the bonk on the head. I groaned and a girl made of marshmallow came over to me.

“Are you alright?” she asked me.

“I’m fine,” I replied. Then I asked her, “Why am I here?”

“We invaded the Licorice Tower and saw you in a cell. I wanted to rescue you so we brought you home with us,” she answered. “You should rest some more, you look tired.” I did feel very tired so I layed back on my pillow and in second I was asleep.
