Often a wiccan will track their path and or document their experience through a book of shadows. A book of shadows may just be a simple journal in which spells and findings are documented, or it may be an elaborate book shared with a coven. A book of shadows may be found online, through a coven, or created by oneself. Personally, my book of shadows is a journal I keep to take notes and document things I have learned and practice.
