"Yes" I whispered. I had to, if I didn't then everybody would die and it would be all my fault, I couldn't let that happen.

            "Then go sit on your throne and wait for our guests to enter" Sebastian said cruelly.

            Fourteen endarkened brought in Jace, Isabelle, Alec, Magnus, Simon, Luke, and Jocelyn then threw them on the floor in front of me. I looked at all of them, everyone staring up at me, my mother looking at me with different emotions passing on her face, anger, pain, disbelief, and worst of all, sadness.

            "I had to" I whispered, then said it louder, "I had to, or he was going to kill all of you and all of Earth, I had to. I couldn't let him do that, ever." I say, my voice cracking up at the end.

           Sebastian, seeing their faces said "She'll learn to love me and we will rule Edom together"

           I looked blankly ahead, hearing their conversation without really hearing it as I thought about what that one little word that I had just said moments ago meant. It meant that I could never be with Jace, I had to live with Sebastian for the rest of my life, it meant that I would never be happy again. Suddenly something started rising out of the ground, a cage I realized, completely shocked.

          "Is that for me?" I asked, confused.

          "No, silly, it's for them, so they won't get in my way" He replied, laughing at the end as the endarkened shoved them into the cage.

          "NO! CLARY, GET OUT OF HERE AND AWAY FROM HIM, YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT HE'S PLANNING, BUT I DO, I WAS IN HIS HEAD! HE WAS PLANNING ON-" Jace yelled, but before he could finish he started choking, I knew it was Sebastian doing it but I didn't know how. Sebastian was just standing there, smiling at Jace cruelly.

          "Stop, please. I'll do anything, just don't hurt them" I said, sobbing.

          "Anything?" Sebastian asked, curious.

          "Anything, just stop hurting him" I answered, not knowing what he was planning, I just wanted him to stop. He did, Jace stopped choking, but I was worried, I didn't know what he was going to make me do, but I was sure that I wasn't going to like it.
