Winter Fashions in the Wizarding World:

The new look in this winter is the distinctly Nordic look, with Old Norse headgear and warm, flowing gowns of winter shades such as blue and white. Madam Malkins now stocks a variety of robes to suit this look.

Ever it difficult to achieve the beautiful cat-eye affect without getting the liquid-liner all over your eye? Well now you can with the new Liquid-Liner Applying Charm!

Incantation: Curinae emmen visio (Cure-IN-ay em-en vis-EE-oh)

Wand Movement: Point your wand towards your eye and trace a curved line whilst incanting

Mental Requirements: Moderate level of focus and willpower as well as minor concentration once the spell is cast.

Effects: The eye to which the wand is pointing will be done first, black swirls coming from the wand and completing the line of liquid-liner. IT IS IMPORTANT YOU CLOSE YOUR EYES AS THE SPELL WORKS. The second eye will then be done and then your concentration is no longer required and you can open your eyes.
