I forced myself out of my warm and cozy bed to get up and go to school. This was the third time my family had moved, and I thought they should just pick a spot and stay there. I got dressed, put my supplies in my backpack, and pulled on my combat boots. Today, I didn't have to walk Daisy to school, she could just take the bus. I grabbed my lunch off the counter in the kitchen, and I set off to school. The heels of my boots clacked on the sidewalk. I approached Macon Public High School. I walked in and opened my locker, stuffing anything unnecessary into it. The bell rang, and I walked into Calculus. I hate math with a burning passion. It was fine when it was JUST numbers. But then, they added letters. A teacher walked in, looking like her outfit had been picked out by a blind Sunday School teacher. I swear, I blacked out for the next hour. After Calc, I had (drumroll please) my favorite subject... Biology! I stuffed all my other textbooks (besides the Biology ones) into my locker on my way to class. I walked into Biology, and it smelled a LOT like paint fumes. Let me skip ahead to lunch.  The one thing I didn't think about before I left for school was where I was gonna sit at lunch. Fatal mistake. Okay well, maybe not fatal, but it was a mistake. There was a small empty table, so I figured I'd sit there. I took out my lunch from my backpack, which consisted of a cupcake, a sandwich, and an orange. I licked all the frosting off of the cupcake. It's a sugar muffin! I thought.
