Indole Gentile:

An Indole Gentile (EEN-doh-lay jen-TEE-lay) is a sweet, doe-faced (innocent-looking/non-threatening) Wesen. Indole Gentile are referred to being very peaceful. They are usually alarmed at but not frightened by Grimms. Many Indole Gentile are members of the Greek Orthodox church and have Greek backgrounds and history.

There is a small group of Indole Gentile who experience a genetic disorder during adolescence called Kallikantzaroi (below). 

Features:

When woged, Indole Gentile gain large eyes with dark pupils and long, thin eyebrows. Their ears become small and oval-shaped, almost elf-like, and their skin takes on a green tinge.
