Scrubbing Pots And.... More Pots.
Chapter 2
My eyes shot open. Dammit, I thought when I saw the next bed counter-clockwise in the circle over was empty. They've already pulled a prank on me.
I sat up and went for my clothes. They were folded neatly in a stack by my bed. I went to pick them up. I put on a T-shirt and jeans under my school robes. Something felt wrong. I took the clothes off again and looked at them inside out. No glue. I casted Lumos to help me look for anything. I didn't see anything. I went to the bathroom to see if they had drunken or enlarged me. I gasped.
I had no bra and panties. Where were my damned undergarments? How the hell did they take them off?
I rolled my eyes. "I don't know how you did that, but not very funny, guys." I heard giggles from under my bed, and the snap of a camera. I covered my woman parts before thy snapped the second one and crawled under the bed.
"What the fuck was that about?" I nearly screamed at them. Courtney, Diana, Meloney, and Sabrina Jr laughed. I furrowed my eyebrow. Melony stepped forward, her Asian face looked as snooty as ever. She had died her hair blond, to look like her father, Draco Malfoy, but with her mother, Adrianna Malfoy's heritage, it didn't look good. I crossed my arms before she spoke.
"Listen, hon, I thought we had, like, already explained this," she said, and the other girls snickered. "You are the underdog. All of us are pure wizards. Or, at least born from one. You, little mugblood, don't deserve to go to this school. So, since you were somehow allowed to go by that dimwit headmaster, McGonagall, we are the ones who can give you a, hmm, let's say worthy punishment." She smiled. Once, Draco had come to the school. He had made a speech on why to be good and blahblahblah, and at the end, he had smiled. It looked exactly like his daughter now.
I held my posture straighter. "Well, if only purebloods deserve to go to the school, then what about Diana? Her mother is a sqibb. Funny, I think she's one of the richest people in the world. Muggle wise," I added. Diana stiffened. "And what about Sabrina Jr? Sure, her father is James Potter, son of Harry Potter, but her mother is half dragon. When she blushes, steam comes out of her nose!" Sabrina Jr covered her nose and ran to the bathroom.
I took out my wand and flicked it towards Meloney while saying "Stupefy." Since I hated magic, I didn't really practice it much. I ended up hitting the camera and it's pictures. It smoked and sparked like a drunken mechanic, and my fellow dormmates gasped and dropped it. Courtney proceeded to stop the fire it had caused. I conjured my undergarments, put on my clothes and left.

"I can't beleive that I am saying this, but I can't wait for detention," I whispered to Thomas. Minerva was looking through punishments. Her office was quiet.
Thomas chuckled softly. "By thanks for that picture last night. It's beautiful. I taped it up by my bed." I blushed.
"Hey," I whispered after a few moments of awkward silence. "Do you think that I am a mugblood?"
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Thomas scowl and shake his head. "Never. You're the purest wizard I know."
I opened my mouth to respond, but Professor McGonagall turned around. "Since Filch died," she said firmly. "We've had to hire some new staff to help clean Hogwarts. You have met Scriggly, right?" We nodded. "Well, today he is sick. Today you will be cleaning the pots in Professor Chayeta's class. Follow me." She stood us and led us to the classroom that held the wide eyed Professor Chayeta. She was new. Potions. In the middle of the classroom, there was one pot. One filthy, crusty, gewey, slimy, moldy pot. I grinned. This couldn't be so bad, right?
Minerva left the room. She closed the doors and cast some sort of spell on them. I walked up to the pot and began scrubbing. Thomas followed.
"So," Thomas said. I heard a clanging noise. We looked to the side. There was a new pot, just as dirty as the last. "What the hell?" I muttered. Three more pots appeared. My eyes widened. I looked over at Thomas, who was obviously about to say something. I clamped my hand over his mouth. He tried to speak under it. Five new pots appeared. "Shhhhhhh!!!" I said. One more pot. I snapped my fingers.
"Syllable equals pot," I said. To emphasize my point, six new pots appeared. We had sixteen pots to scrub. It would at least take an hour. I put a finger to my mouth and began scrubbing. Thomas and I scrubbed in unison. Cth, cth, cth, cth, cth. Plop. Wring. Cth, cth, cth, cth, cth, cth, cth, cth...

I burst outside of the door. The air outside was cool and refreshing. It didn't smell like mold wrapped in mothballs. I looked at Thomas. "We did it! And it only took two hours!" I spun around and shot a red light into the air. This was worth celebration. It was torture in there. I took some parchment out of my pocket. I tapped my wand to it. "I solomly swear that I am up to no good," I whispered. Soon, the layout of Hogwarts was shown on the map. I saw everyone everywhere. I looked for the one hallway that didn't have a door. I ran to it. "I need an inspiration, I need an inspiration, I need an inspiration!" I changed while running, my robes behind me. Thomas followed, confused.
The door appeared as I walked by. I entered and took my breath away. It was all I could do to point my wand and say, "Mischief managed." Around me, I saw a forest made of crystal. There was a moon in the sky, and it was merged with the sun to create the perfect sparkle in the trees. There was a river made of ink. I sat on a stone made of amythest.
Thomas sat down beside me. "How did you find this?"
"The maurauder's map. I stole it from Sabrina Jr. Her father gave it to her. I had a better use for it than she had," I whispered.
"And what was that?"
"Look around."

I am still currently writing 'A Dragon'Misery', as well as 'Spottedstar's Betrayal'. For those of you who have read 'A Dragon's Misery', I kinda spoiled the end of the series. Sorry! I had to put something about them in there. ♥
