Creative title, isn't it?

What, you thought I was going to get right into the story? Nope, nothing can stop my stalling.

Yes, I told you that this book was a work of fiction, but keep in mind that this is all true, and no, there are no supernatural whatnot - because, as I had just said, this entire story is about the truth.

I believe I've given you enough warnings about this book anyway. It contains what you probably don't even want to know (that was another warning, by the way, in case there weren't enough).

By the way, this book's format will be like this - it'll be like me talking to you. That's because I believe it's more effective when someone makes a speech rather than to make a story. But since words are the only thing I have right now to spread my message, I'll have to go for the next best thing - writing as if I were making a speech. An individual speech, like me talking to nobody but you.

Alright, I'll stop stalling.

So what we're going to discuss right now is about where you live.

Of course, I don't know where you live.

You do, though, or, you think you do.

See, what I mean by "where do you live" is "what is the place you live in."

What I mean by that is not the name of the place you live in, but I am asking where do you live.

Now, think about this. "Where do I live?" You probably thing I'm not exactly sane by now. Yeah, I'm kinda dotty, I guess. You might even say I'm insane.

But to clarify what I'm asking, I'll say it like this - tell me adjectives from the place you live.

You know, words to describe where you live.

Maybe you live in the city. Then it'll probably be populous, crowded, loud, lively.

Maybe you live in a country. Quiet, fresh, small, perhaps?

Maybe you're an orc living in the swamp alone. Muddy, muggy, soggy.

Yeah, that last one was a joke. You were probably getting bored.

But anyway, now that you've thought of your home's adjectives, now think, "why am I living here?'

By the way, we'll discuss more on why we live here - like, why we were born - later on. What you should be thinking now is what made you end up in where you live.

Now you probably noticed something. Every time you thought of these, you thought of someone, or something.

Maybe not - then you probably are a hermit living in the middle of Mars.

Anyway, now think, why are these people and things relevant in why I'm living here? They probably mean something important. For example, you may think of "extras" or the "mains." Extras are people who just happened to be there by coincidence and didn't do much of anything that had meaning to you. Mains are people who were important and had a lot of meaning. There are only those two kinds of people you'd think of.

Do you like those people? Do you hate them? Do you not care?

You probably shouldn't care.

I'll tell you about that in the next chapter.
