Potion to increase concentration


 



 


Ingredients


2 fresh mint leaves


1 sprig of rosemary


1 tablespoon St. John's wort


1 tablespoon ginseng root


1 tablespoon of guarana seeds


1 tablespoon cocoa nibs


1 liter of purified water


 


Method of preparation:


 


In a mortar, crush the mint leaves, the rosemary sprig and the St. John's wort until well crushed.


Add the ginseng root, guarana seeds, and cacao nibs to the mortar and continue grinding until a fine paste is obtained.


Boil the liter of purified water in a pot and add the herb paste.


Let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Remove from heat and strain the mixture through a fine strainer.


Let the potion cool and transfer it to a dark glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.


Shake well before use and drink a small glass of the potion daily to increase concentration and improve intellectual performance.
