Anti-stress potion


 



 



Ingredients


Valerian leaves (3 sprigs)


Mandrake roots (2 units)


St. John's wort (1 handful)


Lavender flowers (1 tablespoon)


Distilled water (500ml)


Sugar (100 grams)


 


Method of preparation:


First, place the valerian leaves, mandrake roots, St. John's wort, and lavender flowers in a large pot.


Add the distilled water and sugar to the pot.


Cook the mixture over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.


Strain the mixture to separate the solid parts of the potion and discard the remains.


Place the potion in a glass bottle with a tight-fitting stopper and store in a cool, dark place until ready to use.
