Ravenclaw is the house for the students who think well. Ravenclaw accepts very intelligent students. Don't get me wrong, plenty good people came out of the other houses but Raveclaw students have a sort of spark to them. Instead of the usual password, in order to get into the ravenclaw common room you must answer a riddle. Ravenclaw is one of the four great houses here at Hogwarts.
