Chapter 1: Introductions And Biographies
Chapter 1
- Bathilda Bagshot received her information for the book from wizards and beasts, a practice not commonly done in her time.
- When the first volume of her book published, about 20% of her information was not previously known by wizards. This percent of information was the result of guesswork from the information she received from wizards and beasts.
- archaeology- method used by Muggles to study artifacts and fossils buried below the ground to study history.
- Wizards focus more on experimental spell and potion making instead of developing a way to study history effectively.
- Colin the Conqueror never existed and was actually a character made by the Goblin group who claimed he was to intimidate the Wizarding Armies
