Went to check on my plant, doubtful I would see a thing as always, but I was surprised! It was not much, but a small couple of tufty dark green leaves were sitting on the surface. I was so excited to see this! I then felt the soil, and as per usual, the soil was dry again, so I pulled out my water pitcher and slowly started to water it, this time trying to NOT flood out the poor little leaves but let the soil fully absorb the water. Once satisfied that soil was moist enough, I left it in the sun.
