The experience of growing this flower was an interesting one. While I will admit I was a bit bored waiting to actually see any growth for the first few weeks, in the end it was quite rewarding. I loved being able to smell that sweet smell of the Chocolate Cosmos. However, throughout all the waiting (which tested even my Hufflepuff patience), I learned how to slow down, and to care for a living thing with kindness and patience. I also found it quite fascinating to watch it grow from just two leaves laying on the soil to a tiny stem and finally a bud and fully opened flower.
